If you have been stressed recently… (which let’s face it haven’t we all been?) you might just need to let out a good scream! No, seriously you should just shout at the top of your lungs it will help you feel so much better.
A psychotherapist that goes by the name Avi Klein stated “I think every emotion that we feel has a kind of correlating action that goes along with it. It feels really good or even healthy to discharge that emotion.” while screaming or yelling doesn’t exactly fix the issue causing your stress it is a great way to vent that frustration or anger.
