Your wait for the American Idol reboot is almost over!
He’s been along for the experience since auditions began, but Luke Bryan is anxious for the premiere of the ABC reboot of American Idol. Along with Lionel Richie and Katy Perry, they are judges on the show. He says he’s interested to see how they are all portrayed in the new season. Luke explained further, “We just go up there and we judge and we try to make jokes, make critiques and have fun, but we don’t get to see how this stuff is edited up. I don’t know if I’m gonna look stupid on TV. I hope the people that put the show together will be nice to me, but hey, I am what I am. I is what I is, and I’m excited to see it on TV and I’m excited for America to be able to watch it and see the talented kids that they have out there.”
The two hour premier of American Idol airs on ABC on Sunday at 7 p.m.
