Eric Church got to participate in the musical jam of a lifetime in New York City on Monday (November 5th) night when he got to perform with one of his musical heroes, Bruce Springsteen. They were at the 2018 Stand Up for Heroes benefit, which raises money and awareness for the Bob Woodruff Foundation. The event was held at Madison Square Garden. Eric and Bruce dueted on “the Boss'” “Working on the Highway,” which was included on his 1984 Born In The U.S.A. album.
According to reports, Eric also played his own acoustic set that included “Desperate Man” and “Hippie Radio” from his new Desperate Man album, as well as an unreleased song called “Standing Their Ground” that is a tribute to veterans.
Eric paid homage to Bruce with his 2012 chart-topping hit, “Springsteen.”
