Clint Eastwood had a conversation, in a Golf Cart and decided he needed this Superstar to write Music for his Movie!
Toby Keith has written a song for Clint Eastwood‘s upcoming new film called The Mule. The tune is called “Don’t Let The Old Man In,” and it came about during a conversation Toby had with the iconic actor during his golf tournament in May in Carmel, CA. Toby and Clint shared a golf cart and along the way, they discussed Clint’s upcoming projects, which included a three-month movie shoot for The Mule. Toby asked, “How do you do it, man,” to which Clint replied, “I just don’t let the old man in.” That sparked the idea for the song, which Toby wrote by himself and is used over the movie credits at the end of the film.
“Don’t Let The Old Man In” heads to radio this month and will be available at all digital retailers on Friday
