This Friday we’ll see the release of Brett Eldredge’s 4th studio album. The album is a self titled album & features his latest single, Something I’m Good At.
Even his dog Edgar couldn’t wait to get his hands on a copy.

On August 11th we’ll get our hands on Lindsay Ell’s, “The Project.”
Lindsay has said about the new album,
This new music is the best I’ve ever done. I called the album The Project because that’s exactly what this whole process was. I’ve discovered who I am, what I want to say and how I want to say it. I’m so excited to finally have an album that is me, and I can’t wait for fans to hear it.
The first single off the new album is Waiting On You. Check out the music video for the song below and tell us what you think about the song in the comments.
When ever any new music comes out of Texas we get excited. In Mid-August we’ll see the release of Josh Abbot Band’s 5th studio album.
The album is called “Until My Voice Goes Out.”
The first single from the new album is Texas Women, Tennessee Woman. Give the song a listen below.
An article from Rolling Stone said about the song,
With its electric piano and blaring horns, “Texas Women, Tennessee Whiskey” takes a page out of Nashville’s playbook, bearing more than a passing resemblance to the soulful strut of Lady Antebellum’s recent “You Look Good.” But while it may sound like a change of direction, the song – written by Josh Abbott, Josh Hoge, and Michael Haney – stays right on message for the band reared on Lubbock’s hard-partying Texas Tech campus.
August will wrap up with the release of two highly anticipated albums. The Cadillac Three’s, “Legacy” and Old Dominion’s, “Happy Endings.”
Jaren Johnston from The Cadillac Three said about the title track from the new album to American Songwriter,
Legacy is a song I am super proud of. In the past, I’ve given away songs of this caliber because I didn’t feel our band was ready to take on that role. Or maybe I wasn’t ready to sing those types of lyrics. I think our band is ready, and I am there now. This is the perfect song for where we all are in our lives.
“Happy Endings,” is the second studio album from Old Dominion.
At a media event the duo spoke about the new album,
We’ve been writing — obviously we write all the time, and these are just some of the best ones that are out of that group. We’re very proud of who we’ve become as writers from this point. When you tour for years and years and years, like we have, you can only help but grow. I think we’ve grown, and I think it’s still us; it’s a new us in some ways, and it’s the same old us in other ways. I’m very excited, myself, to get it out.
